BARTHOLOMEW J. BAUMSTARK is a partner with the O'Brien Law Firm, where he has practiced since 2003. He has previously practiced as a criminal prosecutor, a criminal defense attorney in federal prosecutions, and as a plaintiff's lawyer representing injured railroad workers under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. Mr. Kohlburn attended the University of Illinois and graduated fourth in his class from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
