JOE A. CRUTCHFIELD is the president of Investors Title Co., where he practices in the area of real estate. He earned his B.A. degree from Westminster College in Fulton and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma University. Mr. Crutchfield has frequently lectured to attorneys, real estate professionals and banking professionals regarding real estate and title related issues. He is a member of The Missouri Bar and the St. Louis Association of Realtors. TRACY HUNSAKER GILROY is the president of The Gilroy Law Firm, where she has practiced law for over 25 years in the areas of eminent domain/condemnation and real estate litigation, with the last 18 years in private practice. Prior to entering private practice, she litigated matters for the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and concentrated those efforts in the area of eminent domain issues. Ms. Gilroy has been recognized in her profession by being elected as president of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and by being appointed to chair the Missouri Bar Eminent Domain Committee. She has also received numerous presidential appointments within the American Bar Association for service to her profession. Ms. Gilroy is a frequent author and speaker in the areas of eminent domain, law practice management and mediation/arbitration matters. GREGORY C. MOLLETT is an officer in the litigation and environmental practice groups, and head of the environmental group and real estate litigation sub group for Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. He represents clients in real estate, environmental and commercial litigation. As part of his real estate practice, Mr. Mollett represents and counsels real estate developers, property owners and property managers. His practice involves risk assessment, counseling, and litigation of sales and lease relationships. Mr. Mollett has litigated rent and possession, unlawful detainer, forcible entry and detainer, condemnation, inverse condemnation, and private takings cases. He earned his B.S. degree from Central Washington University; his M.B.A. degree from City University; and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois. Mr. Mollett is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. HARRY M. MURRAY IV is a partner at the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and real estate lending. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael Wolff of the Supreme Court of Missouri. Mr. Murray is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Urban Land Institute and a past volunteer for legal services of Eastern Missouri. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from St. Louis University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Louis University School of Law.
