MICHAEL L. SCHECHTER is a partner in The Schechter Law Firm, P.C. He practices in the area of domestic relations, including dissolution of marriage proceedings, large asset and complex custody litigation, motions to modify, paternity actions, adult and child abuse actions and other related matters. He has argued more than 40 appellate cases in the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. Mr. Schechter is admitted to the Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from Washington University and his J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law. TIM SCHLESINGER is a partner in the St. Louis law firm of Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C., devoting his practice exclusively to family law and estate planning. He is the author of the chapter on "Assisted Human Reproduction" in the 6th Edition of The Missouri Bar Family Law CLE Desk Book, and he also has written "Assisted Human Reproduction: Unresolved Issues in Parentage, Child Custody and Support," Journal of the Missouri Bar, Jan./Feb. 2005, as well as "Forensic Accountants as Experts in Missouri Divorce Proceedings", St. Louis Bar Journal, Spring, 2009. Mr. Schlesinger has been an adjunct instructor and guest lecturer at the Washington University School of Law and he is a frequent speaker before a variety of professional groups on divorce related issues. He is a member of The Missouri Bar (Family Law Section). Mr. Schlesinger earned both his B.J. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Columbia. KIRK C.
