JEREMY P. BRUMMOND is a member of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C., where he practices in the litigation department. Though he represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, Mr. Brummond focuses on the areas of engineering and construction. He has represented property owners, engineers, general contractors and specialty contractors. Mr. Brummond has counseled such clients in contract negotiation and drafting, and has frequently represented such clients in construction-related litigation, including cases involving claimed construction defects, delay and impact claims, and mechanic's lien and payment bond claims. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Brummond is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry and a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis's Construction Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from Wartburg College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. ROBERT J. GUINNESS is the managing member of in the St. Charles, Missouri law firm of Guinness & Buehler, LLC, where he practices in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, real estate, and municipal law. He is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a certified mediator. Mr. Guinness has written the real estate chapter for The Missouri Bar's Farm Law Deskbook, and the "Statutory Liens" chapter for The Missouri Bar's Construction Law Deskbook. He has given seminars on mechanic's liens, commercial leasing, and construction related topics. Mr. Guinness received his B.A. degree from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the U.S Supreme Court Bar, and the American Bar Association (member, Forum on the Construction Industry). ADAM R. LORENZ is an attorney with the law firm Curtis, Heinz, Garrett & O'Keefe, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, land title litigation and commercial litigation. He is a member of the St. Louis County Bar Association Executive Committee and is an associate article editor for the American Bar Association real estate litigation newsletter. Mr. Lorenz has lectured to various legal and real estate professionals on title and real estate matters. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the American and St. Louis County bar associations. Mr. Lorenz earned his B.A. degree from Webster University and his J.D. degree from Washington University.
