ROGER H. GROSS is an attorney in the law firm of Gislason & Hunter LLP, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he practices primarily in civil litigation, especially in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, products liability and construction litigation. Mr. Gross is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit and the State of Minnesota. PAUL S. Mr. Hopewell frequently lectures on no-fault, uninsured, underinsured and insurance fraud issues. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Hopewell earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. ROBERT W. ROE is a partner/owner of Champion Law LLC in St. Paul. Mr. Roe has been an attorney for more than 13 years and focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury law and product liability law. He has lectured on UM/UIM issues at CLE programs for the Minnesota Association for Justice and other professional groups. Mr. Roe is a member of the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association for Justice, and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Ramsey County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota.
