RIKKE A. DIERSSEN-MORICE is a partner at the law firm of Faegre & Benson LLP. GODFREY is a senior associate with the law firm of Johnson Condon, P.A., located in Edina, Minnesota. In his 20 plus years of litigation experience, Mr. Godfrey has represented clients and pursued or defended many lawsuits involving construction claims, commercial contract disputes, employment cases, products liability actions, fire litigation and insurance coverage proceedings. He is also past president of Central Minnesota Legal Services. BJORK T. HILL is an attorney with the firm of Hanson Lulic & Krall, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he worked as a judicial law clerk in the 3rd Judicial District of Minnesota. Mr. Hill earned his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law, during which time he served as an assistant editor on the William Mitchell Law Review. He earned his B.S. degree in molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Hill is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. TONY R. KRALL is a partner with the Minneapolis law firm of Hanson Lulic & Krall, LLC, where his area of practice is insurance litigation. He has spent a large part of his career handling large loss and catastrophe litigation, including fires and explosions, product liability, property and casualty litigation. Mr. Krall has handled a range of complex insurance coverage disputes. He is often called upon to go to fire scenes and take control of fire investigation to protect his clients' interests. MICHAEL S.
