JODY ALHOLINNA is an attorney with El-Ghazzawy Law Offices, LLC, in Minneapolis, where she practices in the area of family law. Ms. Alholinna currently serves as an appointed member to the Minnesota Juvenile Rules Committee and serves as an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law, where she teaches children and the Law. She practices in the area of family law, and is family law neutral/mediator. Ms. Graves earned her B.S. degree and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota. She has been practicing law in Minnesota since 1985, focusing primarily on family law litigation and mediation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a member of the Hennepin County (Family Law Section) and Minnesota State (Family Law Section) bar associations. Ms. Graves has been selected as a Minnesota Super Lawyer for the past eight years for her work as a family law attorney. She has delivered numerous continuing legal education seminars on family law-related issues, including the impact of bankruptcy proceedings on divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, child support and discovery issues in dissolution proceedings. LAUREL E. LEARMONTH is a shareholder in Primus Law Office, P.A. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and William Mitchell College of Law. Her practice has an emphasis on family law and related issues. In addition, Ms. Learmonth's practice involves representing clients in a variety of business transactions and litigation matters in both state and federal courts. She has presented at seminars on both workers' compensation and family law matters. Ms. Learmonth has served on several professional advisory boards and has acted as a consultant to professional organizations, particularly in regard to the drafting of ethics codes. She successfully prosecuted the first case under the University of Minnesota Sexual Harassment Policy. Ms. Learmonth was awarded the Pro Bono Publico Private Sector award by the Hennepin County Bar Association in 2004.
