JAMES R. BEDELL is an attorney in the firm of Moss & Barnett, A Professional Corporation, where he focuses his nationwide practice in the areas of creditors' remedies, debt collection and defense of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) claims. He primarily represents creditors, debt purchasers and debt collection agencies. Mr. Etmund practices in the areas of creditors' remedies, collections, breach of contract, and in the defense of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims. He regularly represents creditors, including corporations and other general business entities in contract and collection matters. Mr. Etmund is a member of the American, Minnesota State and Hennepin County bar associations. In addition, he is a member of the ACA International Member's Attorney Program (MAP). Mr. Etmund earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Marist College, and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. NAUNI J. MANTY is the principal of Manty & Associates, P.A., where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation and complex bankruptcy matters. She has represented creditors in all types of settings including enforcing creditors' rights and remedies in state court as well as in federal court. Ms. Manty has significant experience in bankruptcy law, representing debtors, creditors, and unsecured creditor committees. Her other areas of experience include creditor rights litigation, such as breach of contract, replevin, garnishment, and letter of creditor issues. Ms. Manty was appointed by the United States Trustee, Department of Justice, to serve as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Minnesota. In her position as a Chapter 7 Trustee, she oversees the administration of the Chapter 7 cases. Ms. Manty has also been appointed as a Chapter 11 Trustee. She frequently lectures on bankruptcy law, collections and analysis of financial statements. Ms. Manty was named a Super Lawyer® by Minnesota Law & Politics in 2005, 2006, and 2007. In addition, she was named one of the Top 100 Female Attorneys in Minnesota. Ms. Manty earned her B.A. degree from Concordia University and her J.D .degree, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. GEORGE E. WARNER JR. is a partner at Bernick, Lifson, Greenstein, Greene & Liszt, P.A. Mr. Warner practices in the area of creditors' rights for local, regional, and national clients. His experience includes counseling clients on drafting leases, commercial contracts, and related credit documents; the prosecution of debt instruments; the enforcement of statutory and contractual lien rights and security interests; actions on guaranty contracts; foreclosure actions; and problem loan/debt workouts. Mr. Warner regularly provides representation to financial institutions, equipment leasing companies, and other creditors doing business with distressed companies. He has extensive experience in state and federal litigation involving business and real property matters. Mr. Warner is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education programs and served as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law from 1997 to 2001. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the American, Minnesota State and Hennepin County bar associations. Mr. Warner earned his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law.
