MICHAEL C. BLACK is a sole practitioner in St. Paul. He has been an attorney for more than 30 years and has broad experience in all facets of family law litigation, including motions, trials and appeals. Mr. Black also is an experienced mediator and arbitrator and has a growing practice in family law mediation. He has been named a Minnesota Super Lawyer in the fields of family law and alternative dispute resolution by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine from 2006 to 2010. HOLLY is an attorney with Anastasi & Associates, P.A. He has been in private practice for more than 30 years and practices in the areas of commercial banking litigation, business and real estate litigation and matrimonial law. Mr. Holly is a member of the Minnesota State, Ramsey County and Washington County bar associations. He is a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Network and the Second Judicial District Ethics Committee. Mr. Holly also is an adjunct instructor in trial advocacy at William Mitchell College of Law. He earned his B.S. degree from St. Thomas College and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. MARY CATHERINE LAUHEAD is a family law attorney with extensive experience in business and professional practice valuations and financial issues, such as alimony and child support, as a trial lawyer. Drawing upon her decades of experience as a family court guardian ad litem, a parenting consultant and expeditor, Ms. Lauhead advocates responsibility, communication and respect for parents to meet children's best interests. She has worked with attorneys and parties as a mediator, custody evaluator, parenting time expediter and special master. As a Rule 114 certified neutral for valuations, mediations and arbitrations, Ms. Lauhead brings her 31 years of trial and settlement experience to the resolution of complex cases, whether the issues involve allocation of family assets and support dollars or the emotionally-charged disagreements about custody and parenting time. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Ms. Lauhead regularly lectures at continuing legal education courses and was named by Minnesota Law & Politics as one of Minnesota's Top 40 Alternative Dispute Resolution Super Lawyers in 2008. She earned her B.A. degree from the College of St. Teresa and her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. GLEN A. NORTON is a sole practitioner in Brooklyn Center. He has been an attorney for more than 24 years and focuses his practice on family law. Mr. Norton is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section, Domestic Abuse Committee) and the Hennepin County and Anoka County bar associations. He also is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Mr. Norton earned his B.A. degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law.
