MARK B. BERKE is a partner at Gold Lange & Majoros, P.C., where his main areas of practice are bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, debtor-creditor, general litigation, real estate litigation and landlord-tenant law, and criminal law. BULLOCK is a partner in the Southfield law firm of Stevenson & Bullock, P.L.C., where his practice is devoted to federal practice, focusing on bankruptcy. He is a former contributing editor for Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice Treatise. Mr. Bullock is a former clerk to the Honorable Bernice B. Donald (U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee). He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Bullock earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis. KEVIN C. CALHOUN is an attorney at the law firm of Calhoun & Di Ponio, PLC, where his practice is devoted to bankruptcy law, contract law and collections. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
