JEFFREY A. CAMPBELL serves as vice president and northern New England agency counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., where he is primarily responsible for underwriting title issues. He formerly served as an adjunct professor at Rivier College teaching real estate titles and transactions courses. Mr. Campbell earned his B.S. degree from Rivier College and his J.D. degree from New England School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bar associations, and past president of the New England Land Title Association. DAVID J. JONES is a member of the Kennebunk law firm of Jensen Baird Gardner & Henry, where he practices in the areas of real estate law, commercial law and foreclosure. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from New York University. Mr. Jones has written and lectured on foreclosure issues. He is a member of the York County, Maine State and American bar associations. SARAH A. McDANIEL is a solo practitioner based in Gorham, Maine. In her eight years of civil litigation, she has principally represented landowners in property disputes including boundary disputes, road, access and easement issues, and title insurance disputes. She represents clients in land use permitting proceedings before municipal boards, state agencies and in subsequent judicial appeals to the Superior Court and the Law Court, alternately representing developers, as well as individuals and neighborhood groups seeking to secure modifications to or denials of permit applications. Ms. McDaniel also has represented clients in business litigation in federal court. Prior to opening her solo practice, Ms. McDaniel was an associate attorney at Murray, Plumb & Murray in Portland. During law school, she worked at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office in its Public Integrity Division and at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association in its Northeast General Counsel's Office. Before attending law school, Ms. McDaniel worked for various statewide land conservation organizations in Maine and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Cumberland County, Maine State, and American bar associations and the Edward T. Gignoux Inn of Court. Since 2004, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of College of the Atlantic, Bar Harbor Maine. Ms. McDaniel is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Maine and is a member of the United States Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit. She earned her B.A. degree from the College of the Atlantic, her Master of Environmental Studies from Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. ROBIN D. WATTS is State Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company in Maine. Ms. Watts is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and chair of the Legislative Subcommittee for the MSBA Real Estate & Title Section. She is also a former president of the Cumberland Bar Association and former chair of the MSBA Real Estate & Title Section and its Title Standards Subcommittee. Ms. Watts received her J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1993 and her B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1988. She is licensed in Maine and Illinois.
