SONIA J. BUCK is an attorney in the Auburn law firm of Linnell, Choate & Webber, LLP, where she practices in the areas of employment litigation and commercial litigation. She earned her A.S. degree in paralegal studies from Andover College, her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law. Ms. Buck is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Androscoggin Bar Association, the Maine Employment Lawyers Association and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. She also sits on the University of Southern Maine Alumni Association Board of Directors. Ms. Buck chairs the Program Committee for the Women's Law Section of the Maine Bar Association. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Kaplan University, where she has taught business and paralegal courses and also serves on the Advisory Committee. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and is currently handling court mediations for Maine's foreclosure diversion program. MICHAEL S. HAENN is a sole practitioner in Bangor where his practice is concentrated in the area of creditors' rights, including representation of financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings, loan restructurings and workouts, and mortgage foreclosure proceedings. Mr. Haenn received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Michael's College and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Mr. Haenn is a member of the Maine State and American bar associations, the Commercial Law League of America, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Maine Trial Lawyers. ANDREW J. KULL is a sole practitioner in Auburn, where he focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and real estate. He earned his A.B. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Mr. Kull is a member of the Maine State Bar Association. NORMAN J. RATTEY is a member of the law firm of Skelton, Taintor & Abbott in Auburn, Maine. His practice areas include real estate, zoning and land use, municipal law, financial institutions and business law. Mr. Rattey is a graduate of Colby College and of the University of Maine School of Law. He has spoken on various legal issues to the Maine State Bar Association, the Androscoggin Bar Association, the Maine County Commissioners Association, the Maine Association of Community Banks and to continuing legal education groups. Mr. Rattey is a member of the Real Estate, Corporations and Financial Institutions sections of the Maine State Bar Association. He served on the Maine State Bar Association subcommittees that drafted the Maine Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, the Maine Limited Liability Company Act, Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Revised Maine Business Corporations Act. Mr. Rattey is a past member and past chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Brunswick. He also has served on the Comprehensive Plan Committee for the Town of Brunswick.
