H. PETER DEL BIANCO JR. is a shareholder at Lambert Coffin, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, civil rights litigation and mass tort litigation. He lectures frequently at professional seminars on civil rights, insurance law and insurance coverage. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Del Bianco is a member of the Cumberland County, Maine State and American bar associations, and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. JAMES B. HADDOW is a partner in the Portland law firm of Petruccelli, Martin & Haddow, LLP, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil trials. Mr. Haddow often speaks and writes about topics in civil trial practice. He earned his B.A. degree in philosophy, with distinction, from Colby College and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine. Mr. Haddow is a member of the Cumberland County, Maine State and American bar associations, the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and The American Association of Justice. DAVID KREISLER is an associate with Smith Elliott Smith & Garmey, P.A., where he represents plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters. He has a wide range of experience in litigation and trial advocacy having represented defendants and plaintiffs in a diverse range of civil matters. Mr. Kreisler is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and a cum laude graduate of the Case Western Reserve School of Law.
