BRYAN M. DENCH is a member of the law firm of Skelton Tainter & Abbott, where he practices in the areas of estate and tax planning, business planning, corporations, school and municipal law, planning and zoning, and representation of media clients. He is a frequent speaker for numerous business and professional groups on a variety of topics related to tax, estate and business planning, and he taught business planning and labor law at the University of Maine School of Law. FRAVERT is an attorney in the Portland law firm of Van Meer & Belanger, P.A. Ms. Fravert focuses her practice on business law, healthcare law, and trusts and estates. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Maine State and American bar associations. Ms. Fravert earned her B.A. degree from Colby College and her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
