SUSAN B. DRISCOLL is an attorney at the law firm of Bergen & Parkinson, LLC, and chair of its litigation group. Ms. Driscoll has substantial trial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in tort, contract, employment, municipal and family cases. Her diverse practice also includes complex construction litigation and catastrophic personal injury. Ms. Driscoll practices at all levels of state court, including the law court, and in federal court. She earned her J.D. degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Ms. Driscoll is a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, the Gignoux Inns of Court and the York County, Maine State and American bar associations. ARIA eee has served as Assistant Bar Counsel for the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar since June 2005. Her main area of practice is lawyer discipline. Prior to working for the Board of Overseers, Ms. eee was an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Protection Division. During her nearly ten years at the AG's office, she litigated hundreds of cases involving children and their families. She also has served as a specialist in Indian Child Welfare Law and has provided multiple trainings in that area for various legal, social service and national organizations, as well as speaking at numerous CLE and national conferences. As a NAPIL fellow in 1994-1995, she worked for Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc. providing legal services to members of the Passamaquoddy Tribe in Washington County, Maine. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and her J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Ms. eee is a member of John W. Ballou Inn of Courts, the Maine State Bar Association, the Juvenile Justice Action Group and the National Association of Bar Counsel. NANCY L. MORIN is a family lawyer with 13 years of experience in domestic relations law. She established a solo family law practice, Nancy L. Morin Law Office, LLC, in January 2006. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Morin is a Guardian ad Litem and a certified mediator. Prior to opening the firm, she was associated with Smith Elliott Smith & Garmey in Saco, Maine, where she focused her practice in family law. Immediately following law school, Ms. Morin was an associate attorney with Moncure & Barnicle in Topsham, Maine, where her practice was general with a heavy focus in family law. Ms. Morin received her B.A. degree from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association ( Family Law Section; Women's Law Section); Cumberland County Bar Association; and Bath/Brunswick Bar Association. Her volunteer activities include Volunteer Lawyers Project; Habitat for Humanity; Big Brothers Big Sisters; and Fifth Grade Mock Trials. Ms. Morin served as the Sagadahoc County Law Librarian from 1998-2000.
