RICHARD J. ABBONDANZA is a partner in the Portland law firm of Hopkinson & Abbondanza, P.A. He received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College, cum laude, and his law degree from Catholic University of America. Mr. Abbondanza regularly speaks on the subjects of estate planning, retirement planning and real estate and business succession planning. He is admitted to practice in all Maine courts. He is a member of the Maine Estate Planning Council, WealthCounsel, a national association of estate planning attorneys and advisors, and a recent graduate of the two-year Laureate Program of the Southern California Institute. Mr. Abbondanza serves on the boards of North Yarmouth Academy, the Institution for Civic Leadership, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine. GAIL P. KINGSLEY is the managing partner of Libby O'Brien Kingsley & Champion, LLC, in Kennebunk, Maine. Ms. Kingsley is an experienced and highly respected estate planning attorney with an established practice both in Massachusetts and Maine. She divides her time between offices in Waltham, Massachusetts and Kennebunk. Ms. Kingsley is a member of the York County and Maine State bar associations, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She also is on the Board of Corporators of Kennebunk Savings Bank. Ms. Kingsley graduated from the University of Connecticut, earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her LL.M. degree, in taxation, from Boston University School of Law. She began her legal career in the Boston firm of Burns & Levinson. Ms. Kingsley is the chairman of Avesta Housing of Portland, Maine.
