FRANK F. DAILY is the principal in the The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, products liability and personal injury litigation. He previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of expertise. Mr. Daily earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Washington University. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City (past chair, Young Lawyers Section), the Maryland State Bar Association (past member, Board of Governors), the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Maryland Association of Defense Trial Counsel. SUZANNE R. MUNDELLA has been a paralegal with the law firm of Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.A., since 2009, practicing with a particular focus on complex personal injury, insurance defense, and civil litigation. Ms. Mundella handles all aspects of the case from initial client contact to trial preparation and participation. Prior to joining the firm, she was a paralegal with the law offices of Peter G. Angelos, concentrating on complex areas of litigation such as mass tort litigation, products liability and class action matters involving commercial banking law. Ms. Mundella began her career as a secretary through the Anne Arundel County high school work study department. Upon graduation, she was offered full-time employment as a paralegal with Addison-Darden, P.C. During her 17 year tenure with Addison-Darden, P.C., she worked on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip and fall accidents and wrongful death as well as criminal defense matters. Ms. Mundella has been a practicing litigation paralegal since that time.
