LAWRENCE S. CONN is a principal in the Baltimore firm of Baxter, Baker, Sidle, Conn & Jones, P.A. His practice emphasizes real estate development, including leasing, financing and title insurance law. Mr. Conn is a former assistant attorney general at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. He is the vice-chairman of the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Section's Committee on Title Insurance and Surveys. Mr. Conn serves on the Code Revision Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc. Real Property Section (chair, 2004-2005). He was a member of the Section Council for the Real Property Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc. Mr. Conn earned his B.A. degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the University of Maryland, where he was Order of the Coif and an assistant editor of The Maryland Law Review . Mr. Conn has published articles and lectured extensively on real estate, title insurance and housing law. NATHAN I. FINKELSTEIN is a principal in the law firm of Finkelstein & Goldman, P.C. His offices are located at 7315 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 400E, Bethesda, Maryland 20814. Mr. Finkelstein has had extensive experience in real estate matters. He has done a significant amount of real estate litigation, is a title attorney, and regularly does residential and commercial settlements. Last but not least Mr. Finkelstein is versed in real estate contract, preparation and negotiations. He is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and the District of Columbia Land Title Association. Mr. Finkelstein is a past president of the Maryland Land Title Association and is currently chair of its Industry Enhancement Committee. He also served on the Governor O'Malley's Commission to Study Title Insurance as a representative of MLTA. Mr. Finkelstein has taught numerous classes for MLTA and various commercial programs on issues regarding real estate and related subjects. LYNN T. KRAUSE is an attorney and partner at Krause & Ferris, Attorneys at Law. His areas of practice include banking and credit union representation, transactions and litigation, general trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts: commercial, banking, collection, title insurance, personal injury and domestic disputes, homeowner association and condominium association formation and representation, corporation, limited liability company and partnership representation, estate planning and will drafting, real estate transactions and litigation. MUSGRAVE is a stockholder in the law firm of Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver, P.C., where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, creditors' rights law, commercial finance and real estate law. Mr. Musgrave earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law.
