ADRIAN ALBIDRESS is a certified financial planner and insurance underwriter with Nationwide Financial where he consults with both individuals and businesses on long-term care, financial and insurance needs. Also, Mr. Albidress has more than 15 years of experience in educating, training and motivating financial planners and insurance agents in classroom and seminar environments. Mr. Albidress earned his M.B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix and his B.A. degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. He is also a charted life underwriter and chartered financial consultant through the American College. KEVIN F. BRESS is a managing member in the law firm of Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A., where he practices in the areas of estate administration and planning, trusts and elder law. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore, where he teaches in both the graduate tax program and in the law school in the areas of estate taxation and elder law. Mr. Bress co-authored the books Guiding Those Left Behind in Maryland and A Will Is Not Enough in Maryland. He has served as an expert commentator for Lexis-Nexis. Mr. Bress earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and both his Master's and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Attorneys and the Maryland State Bar Association (member, Section on Estates and Trust Law; Section on Elder Law). MICHAEL C. HODES is the former managing director in the Towson law firm of Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A., where his areas of practice are wealth preservation, estate and trusts, elder law, executive compensation, financial consulting and business law. He has been engaged in the practice of law since 1975 as an elder law, estate and business planning attorney and financial consultant, writer, lecturer and broadcaster. Mr. Hodes earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore Law School. He was chairman of the Baltimore County Commission on Aging, and he served as a member of the State Economic Development Commission. Mr. Hodes is the former chairman of the board of the Baltimore County Community College Foundation and past chair of the Babe Ruth Museum. He is a professor of elder law at the University of Baltimore School of Law, and also is a columnist for numerous publications. Mr. Hodes is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Inc., and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. ANDREW NANCE is the director of planned giving at Asset Management Group. He works with secular and non-secular 501(c)(3) to develop and execute legacy giving programs. Additionally, his practice focuses on the effective use of insurance products for family protection, business protection, employee benefits and retention, tax mitigation and executive compensation. Mr. Nance is an adjunct professor at The Keller Graduate School of Management, where he often teaches graduate-level classes in financial management and managerial mathematics. He regularly gives seminars to a variety of audiences including business owners and parents of college-bound students. Mr. Nance holds an MBA from Old Dominion University, as well as a number of professional designations.
