JONATHAN E. GOLDBERG is an attorney with the law firm of Schochor, Federico & Staton, P.A., where he practices in the areas of medical negligence, personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Goldberg previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association, the American (member, Section of Litigation; Health Law Litigation Committee) Bar Association and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. Mr. Goldberg earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence awards for Contracts I and Trial Advocacy. STEVEN BRUCE VINICK is a partner with the law firm of Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, personal injury, medical malpractice and administrative law. He has spoken for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers on "The Nuts & Bolts of Personal Injury Law." Mr. Vinick earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Montgomery County and Prince George's County bar associations, the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Maryland Association for Justice and The American Association for Justice.
