DANIEL M. CLEMENTS is a partner at Salsbury, Clements, Bekman, Marder & Adkins, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, legal malpractice and personal injury. Mr. Clements clerked for United States District Court Judge James R. Miller Jr. He then became an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. He is past president of MTLA and was MTLA's PAC chair. Mr. Clements is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He regularly lectures on trial practice. He also has served as chair of the Board of Planned Parenthood of Maryland and was volunteer director of the Maryland campaign for Barack Obama. Mr. Clements earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University.

FRANK F. DAILY is the principal in the The Law Offices of Frank F.
