DANIEL M. CLEMENTS is a partner at Salsbury, Clements, Bekman, Marder & Adkins, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, legal malpractice and personal injury. Mr. Clements clerked for United States District Court Judge James R. Miller Jr. He then became an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. He is past president of MTLA and was MTLA's PAC chair. Mr. Clements is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He regularly lectures on trial practice. He also has served as chair of the Board of Planned Parenthood of Maryland and was volunteer director of the Maryland campaign for Barack Obama. Mr. Clements earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University. FRANK F. DAILY is the principal in the The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, products liability and personal injury litigation. He previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of expertise. Mr. Daily earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Washington University. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City (past chair, Young Lawyers Section), the Maryland State Bar Association (past member, Board of Governors), the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Maryland Association of Defense Trial Counsel. STEVEN VINICK is a partner with the law firm of Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, personal injury, medical malpractice and administrative law. He has spoken for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers on "The Nuts & Bolts of Personal Injury Law." Mr. Vinick earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Montgomery County and Prince George's County bar associations, the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland Association for Justice and The American Association for Justice.
