ELLIOTT D. ANDALMAN is a partner in the law firm Andalman & Flynn, P.C. He handles disability benefit and related claims such as Social Security, federal disability retirement and long term disability/ERISA. Mr. Andalman has presented at NOSSCR, AAJ (formerly ATLA) and MTLA conferences on disability benefits. Mr. Andalman earned his B.A. degree from Stanford University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. DAVID B. JACKSON is an attorney with the law firm of Ingerman & Horwitz, L.L.P, where he practices in the areas of personal injury and Social Security disability. Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice in Maryland and West Virginia. He is a member of the American and Maryland State bar associations, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Jackson earned his B.S. degree from Salisbury State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law. RICHARD P. NEUWORTH is an attorney with the law firm of Lebau & Neuworth, LLC, where he practices in the areas of employment law, employee benefits and Social Security disability. He has lectured on topics of age and disability discrimination as well as employee benefits. Mr. Neuworth earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore Law School. ROBERT H. SILBERMAN is a member of the law firm of Robert H. Silberman, P.A., where he is experienced in handling cases involving Social Security disability law, governmental disability, private or long-term disability, criminal law, medical malpractice and personal injury law. Mr. Silberman has presented numerous legal education programs on personal injury and Social Security disability and its impact on the general practice of law.
