FRANK F. DAILY is the principal in The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, products liability and personal injury litigation. He previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of expertise. Mr. Daily earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Washington University. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City (past chair, Young Lawyers Section), the Maryland State Bar Association (past member, Board of Governors), the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Maryland Association of Defense Trial Counsel. GARDNER M. DUVALL is a partner with Whiteford Taylor Preston, LLP, where his main areas of practice include insurance coverage, general litigation and products liability. Mr. Duvall is the creator and coordinator of the Baltimore BikeJam. He is the secretary of the Lateral Stress Velo Club. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice) and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Duvall is past president of the Maryland Defense Counsel. He was a member and chair for the Legislative Committee of Maryland Defense Counsel, Legislative Branch Liaison. He was chair of the board for Queen Anne School, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Mr. Duvall received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award. JENNIFER S. LUBINSKI is an attorney with the Baltimore law firm of Leitess Leitess Friedberg + Fedder PC, where her practice is primarily devoted to the defense of insurance coverage, professional negligence, construction and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience litigating insurance and other claims at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Lubinski is admitted to practice before the state and federal bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She speaks regularly to lawyers and professional groups on topics concerning risk management, insurance and litigation. Ms. Lubinski serves on the executive boards of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc., the Women's Bar Association of Maryland and the Baltimore Women's Bar Association. She is an honors graduate of Villa Julie College and graduated, magna cum laude, from the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America.
