AMY N. AZZA is an attorney in the law firm of Orlans Moran PLLC. Ms. Azza has been an attorney for more than 11 years and practices in the areas of collection law, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. She has previously lectured at CLE events on bankruptcy law and has been the keynote speaker at the NEAMA conference on bankruptcy. Ms. Azza earned her B.A. degree, cum laude with College Honors, from College of the Holy Cross and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University. She is a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the Boston Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Azza is licensed to practice law in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and in the District of Massachusetts and District of New Hampshire on the federal level. JEFF C. CHANG is a partner in the Boston law firm of Chang & Yoo LLP. Mr. Chang practices in the areas of commercial/business law, civil litigation and collection law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts. Mr. Chang earned his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. JAMES B. HEFFERNAN is an attorney in the law firm of Duane Morris, LLP. Mr. Heffernan focuses his practice on business law, bankruptcy, land use and zoning law. He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and the Hampshire County and Hampden County bar associations. Mr. Heffernan earned his B.A. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
