TODD A. DELCAMBRE is a partner with the LeBas Law Offices in Lafayette. His areas of practice include workers' compensation, longshore, the Jones Act and subrogation. Mr. Delcambre has worked as a workers' compensation mediator for a year and a half, and has previously spoken at several workers' compensation seminars. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Lafayette bar associations. Mr. Delcambre earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Louisiana State University. WILLIAM KEN HAWKINS is a sole practitioner on the North Shore of Lake Ponchartrain, as well as the Jefferson, Orleans, River Parishes and the extended southeastern areas of Louisiana. He has practiced law throughout south Louisiana since 1988, and has handled workers' compensation and longshore claims exclusively since 1993. Mr. Hawkins is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars, having taught more than 30 workers' compensation seminars to other Louisiana attorneys since he opened his own practice in 1999. In addition to his numerous published articles on Louisiana workers' compensation issues, he frequently testifies at the Louisiana House of Representatives and State Senate Labor committees on behalf of injured workers regarding proposed workers' compensation law. In 2004, Mr. Hawkins was appointed by Governor Kathleen Blanco to the Advisory Council on workers' compensation. He was reappointed in 2008 by Governor Bobby Jindal. As the plaintiff's attorney representative on the council, Mr. Hawkins drafts legislation and frequently testifies at the House and Senate Labor committees about laws that affect injured workers in Louisiana. Long recognized for his ability to resolve disputes in a gentle and thoughtful manner, he also mediates workers' compensation and longshore claims with his long-time mentor, Charles R. "Chuck" Davoli.
