June 29 - New Orleans JAMES G. DALFERES is an attorney at the law firm of David J. Lukinovich PLC, where he practices in the fields of sophisticated estate, business, and tax planning for individuals and business owners. He is board-certified as a tax attorney and as an estate planning and administration specialist by the Louisiana State Bar Association Board of Specialization. Mr. Dalferes has previously lectured for the Louisiana State University on estate planning and at continuing legal education seminars for Loyola Law School and National Business Institute. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Tulane University and was an adjunct professor of law for the Loyola University School of Law, teaching topics such as estate planning, trusts, and wealth transfer taxation. Mr. Dalferes is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association (prior member, Tax Specialization Board CLE Committee), a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council. Mr. Meyer is a board certified estate planning and administration specialist and has practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation for more than 40 years. Mr. Meyer served as president of the Sugar Bowl in 2004, which Louisiana State University defeated Oklahoma for the national championship. June 30 - Baton Rouge MARK R. CALLENDER is a sole practitioner in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he practices in the areas of probate, wills and trusts, succession litigation and personal injury.
