HOWARD T. BOYD III is a member in the law firm of Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, L.L.C. Over the past decade, Mr. Boyd has litigated complex commercial and employment-related lawsuits at the trial and appellate level, in addition to counseling employers regarding traditional labor and employment issues. He possesses trial experience in state and federal courts spanning multiple jurisdictions, including Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Boyd successfully represented hotels and a major hospital in a series multi-party of products liability, construction defect and insurance coverage cases. Further, he has effectively stewarded employers through difficult personnel challenges, including, but not limited to, defending against sexual harassment complaints and lawsuits, unfair labor practice charges, employment discrimination charges and lawsuits, Fair Labor Standards Act violations and employee termination issues. Also, Mr. Boyd frequently serves as a lecturer for his practice areas. He earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. MARK L. CLARK serves as managing shareholder of Brown Sims, P.C., in New Orleans. His practice focuses on the defense of insurers in coverage and bad faith disputes in the state of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. While Mr. Clark's practice covers almost every type of insurance dispute, he has developed significant experience in coverage disputes centered around maritime policies in the offshore industry including the analysis and defense of primary and excess carriers in Hull, P&I, Collision and Towers, Maritime Employers Liability and Wreck Removal coverage. Insurance disputes concerning employers liability, auto liability and general liability issues also have become a regular part of Mr. Clark's usual practice. He enjoys all aspects of the insurance practice. Mr. Clark earned his B.A. degree from Abilene Christian University and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law. GREGORY P. DiLEO is owner of the Law Office of Gregory P. DiLeo, A.P.L.C., which is located in the warehouse district in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. DiLeo has been practicing law, concentrating on personal injury litigation, for more than 30 years. His practice includes litigation in the areas of personal injury, products liability, wrongful death and bad faith insurance practices. DYSART is an attorney in the New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where she is a member of the advocacy department. Ms. Dysart has extensive experience in insurance coverage and insurance defense. She has represented and handled all aspects of lawsuits for insurers and served as local counsel for out-of-state firms in relation to Hurricane Katrina and Rita claims, as well as other first-party property matters. Ms. Dysart's experience also includes counseling and advising foreign and domestic insurers on first-party and third-party coverage issues relating to various claims, including assured status, claims handling, legacy lawsuits, health-hazard claims, pollution claims, and other environmental matters under the laws of multiple states. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University and her J.D. degree, with Law Review Honors, from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. Ms. Dysart is a member of the Louisiana State and American bar associations. ELIZABETH L. GORDON is an attorney in the law firm of Shields Mott Lund L.L.P. Ms. Gordon has been practicing law in Louisiana since 1992. She has represented clients in the fields of commercial and construction litigation, oil and gas transactions and litigation, environmental litigation, products liability and mass tort litigation and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Gordon earned her B.S. degree from Tulane University Freeman School of Business and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court National Team. She is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle districts of Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Ms. Gordon is a member of the New Orleans, Louisiana State, American and Federal bar associations. RICHARD E. KING is a director at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, a PLC. He litigates disputes in all Louisiana and Mississippi courts and also is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. King specializes in the areas of professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, property and construction law, employment law, entertainment law, commercial litigation while continuing to practice in the areas of environmental/toxic tort liability, subrogation and general casualty defense. Over the years, he has lectured to several organizations and clients on a variety of subjects and issues including but not limited to, property, bad faith, construction, professional negligence, alternative dispute resolutions, trial tactics and general litigation. Mr. King also has published an article on professional negligence for architects and engineers in Louisiana entitled, "Recent developments in Louisiana law: Study of amendments to an engineer's friend " LRS 9:2772" in The Louisiana Civil Engineer in February 2007 and drafted the Louisiana chapter of DRI's 2010 Construction Law Desk Reference published in February 2010, as well as an article titled, "Bad Faith Allegations in Commercial Claims," for the May 2011 issue of Claims Magazine. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the National Association of Subrogation Professional (NASP), the Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) and is the Louisiana co-chair for the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). Mr. King was a 2012 Louisiana Super Lawyer in the areas of construction/surety and class actions/mass torts. SHARONDA R. WILLIAMS is the chief of litigation for the City of New Orleans. Ms. Williams was formerly a partner with Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, LLC, in New Orleans, where her practice areas include construction and commercial litigation, intellectual property and entertainment. She is a member of the board of the Federal Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, the Louisiana State Bar Association (Intellectual Property and Minority Involvement sections), the New Orleans Bar Association (Board of Directors), the New Orleans Bar Foundation (Board of Directors), the American Bar Association (Intellectual Property Section), the Association of Women Attorneys (Executive Board), the National Bar Association (Region V Executive Board), the immediate past president of the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, Inc., Bridge House Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the New Orleans chapter of the ACLU, and is active in the Young Leadership Council's One Book One New Orleans program.
