JUDE D. BOURQUE is an Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice in Louisiana. Mr. Bourque specializes in medical malpractice defense. He has taught trial advocacy programs (including many NTA trial programs) and has given numerous CLE presentations from coast to coast. Mr. Bourque has previously presented and taught in his main areas of practice. He served on the Maritime Law Review, the Moot Court Board and won the Appellate Moot Court competition. Mr. Bourque earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Tulane Law School. GREGORY K. MOROUX is an attorney with the Onebane Law Firm, where he practices in labor and employment law and medical malpractice and healthcare. Mr. Moroux is an experienced litigator and has been litigating various issues for more than 28 years. His practice focuses on federal and state court litigation and jury trials, including all aspects of labor and employment law, including, but not limited to, privacy in the workplace, drug and alcohol testing, wage and hour litigation under the FLSA, sexual harassment defense, employment contracts and employment discrimination litigation. Mr. Moroux earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Acadiana Society for Human Resources Management, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Moroux is a former assistant U.S. attorney for the Western District of Louisiana. MARK R. WOLFE is a partner in the New Orleans law firm of Wolfe, Begoun & Pick, L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and represents mental health care providers. He is an assistant clinical instructor of paralegal studies at Tulane University College and lectures frequently to various professional groups. Mr. Wolfe earned his A.B.J. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Loyola University. He is a member of the Louisiana State and American bar associations, and the State Bar of Georgia, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
