TODD J. BIALOUS is owner of the Bialous Law Firm, L.L.C., where he focuses his practice in medical malpractice, professional negligence, defective and dangerous products, unsafe premises, insurance disputes and bad faith claims handling, contract breaches, employer/employee disputes, commercial trucking, recreational vehicle and personal motor vehicle collisions, and other forms of catastrophic injury or loss due to fault or neglect. WILLIAM BRADLEY JR. is a partner in the law firm of Bradley Murchison Kelly & Shea LLC, where he focuses his practice in the defense of medical malpractice actions in the Louisiana state and federal courts. He has an extensive appellate practice in the Louisiana state and federal courts of appeal. Mr. Bradley has presented and participated in lectures and seminars on a wide variety of medical and legal issues. His primary areas of practice are health care liability law, professional liability and casualty litigation. Mr. Bradley is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He also has been honored by Louisiana SuperLawyers since 2007 in personal injury defense and medical malpractice. Mr. Bradley is a member of the American and Louisiana State bar associations, the Defense Research Institute, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel (past president), the International Association of Defense Counsel and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He earned his A.B. degree from Brown University in 1973 and his J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School in 1976. KATHRYN M. CARAWAY is a partner in the New Orleans law firm of Caraway LeBlanc LLC, where she focuses her practice in medical malpractice. She received her B.A. degree from Tulane University of Louisiana and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. Ms. Caraway is a member of the Louisiana Hospital Association and the Louisiana Bar Association. TIMOTHY K. LAMY is a partner in the New Orleans law firm of Barker, Boudreaux, Lamy and Foley, P.L.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, maritime personal injury and civil litigation from the plaintiff's perspective. Mr. Lamy has spoken for various professional groups on uninsured and underinsured motorist law, insurance coverage issues and bad faith litigation.
