RITA K. BACOT is a sole practitioner in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, contested estate issues, wills, successions and interdictions. He assists clients addressing the issues of aging, including complex health care, long-term care and estate planning. He is a co-author of a reference book for the general public concerning the issues of Louisiana successions titled Guiding Those Left Behind in Louisiana: Settling the Affairs of Your Loved One. Mr. Bain earned his J.D. degree from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. CHRISTOPHER M. MOODY is a partner in the law firm of Moody & Johnson, where he focuses his practice in estate planning and probate, elder law, personal injury, litigation, commercial, insurance defense, automobile accidents and injuries, and truck accidents. Mr. Moody is a member of the Louisiana State and American bar associations, the Louisiana Association for Justice, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and NAELA. He earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University Law School.
