JEAN PAUL D'ALBOR is an attorney in the New Iberia law firm of Haik, Minvielle & Grubbs, LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, Social Security disability, defense and commercial litigation, collections and lien law, business litigation, and state and federal court trials and appeals. Mr. D'Albor is permitted to practice in all courts of the state of Louisiana; the Eastern, Middle, Western districts of Louisiana; and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his J.D. degree from Southern University Law School, Baton Rouge. Mr. D'Albor is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Lafayette Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice and the local chapter of Inns of Court. CALEB H. DIDRIKSEN is a managing partner of Didriksen Law Firm PLC, where he has more than 20 years of experience as a civil lawyer, with an emphasis on complex and technical litigation. The firm, under Mr. Didriksen's leadership, has an excellent win/loss record and has been actively involved on behalf of clients in some of the largest cases litigated in Louisiana. Prior to Mr. Didriksen's graduation from Tulane Law School, he earned his B.S. degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Campaign. He handles first and third party property, casualty and liability coverage and defense cases at the primary and excess levels. These include environmental claims, including class actions; defense of personal injury claims arising out of construction, industrial, highway, and automotive accidents; defense of construction defect and design defect claims; and subrogation prosecution. Mr. Didriksen also maintains a business and property practice, in which he advises businesses and individuals in connection with corporation, property and contract issues. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in state courts in Louisiana and Texas; in federal courts in Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee and Georgia; and the U.S Supreme Court. He has also practiced with temporary admission in federal courts in Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. MARK D. KUSS is a sole practitioner in Louisiana, where his main areas of practice are civil litigation, personal injury and domestic law. He has taught at the college level for 25 years and is currently teaching at Our Lady of Holy Cross College. Mr. Kuss earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Orleans, his J.D. degree from Tulane University, his M.A. degree from the University of New Orleans and is currently a doctoral student at Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Louisiana State and American bar associations.
