KATHERINE G. DOUTHITT is an attorney in the law firm of Blanchard, Walker, O'Quin & Roberts, where her practice primarily involves commercial law, with emphasis on commercial transactions, as well as successions and estate planning. Ms. Douthitt is a 2008 graduate of the Paul M. Hebert School of Law (J.D., B.C.L.) and the Flores MBA Program at the E.J. Ourso School of Business (M.B.A.), both at Louisiana State University. She also received her undergraduate degree in accounting, with a concentration in internal auditing, from Louisiana State University. Ms. Douthitt joined the firm and was admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana in 2008. ALICE FRAZIER is a partner with the firm of Heard McElroy & Vestal LLP, Certified Public Accountants, in Shreveport. Her practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, family offices, physician/service group compensation and oil and gas and partnership taxation. Ms. Frazier graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1973 and Louisiana State University in 1982. She received the Louisiana Society of CPAs Award of Excellence for receiving the highest total score of first time Louisiana CPA candidates on the May 1984 examination, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Elijah Watt Sells certificate for receiving the highest score in the nation on the business law section of the May 1984 examination. Ms. Frazier is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member and past president of the Louisiana Society of CPAs, Shreveport Chapter. In addition, she is a member and past president of the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Shreveport, as well as an officer and member of numerous charitable and civic organizations. DAVID P. HAMM JR. is an associate with the firm of Wiener, Weiss & Madison, APC, in Shreveport, where he focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, oil and gas law, real estate and business transactions. Mr. Hamm earned his B.S. degree in business administration from Centenary College of Louisiana, his masters of biblical studies from Dallas Theological Society and his J.D. and B.C.L. degrees from Louisiana State University where he was executive senior editor of the Louisiana Law Review. He served as a guest lecturer at Centenary College of Louisiana in Spring 2010, where he spoke on the legal environment of business. DAVID L. WHITE is a partner in the law offices of David L. White APLC, in Bossier City, Louisiana. He focuses his practice in domestic, estate and business law. Mr. White received his B.A. degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1978 and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1981. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Trial Lawyers.
