MICHAEL D. CONROY is the principal of the Conroy Law Firm, A Professional Law Corporation, where he focuses his practice in the area of family law. Mr. Conroy is a board-certified family law specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He previously has spoken on family law topics to various professional groups for a number of organizations, including National Business Institute. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University. Mr. Conroy is a member of the Covington and Louisiana State bar associations, Louisiana Super Lawyers and the Louisiana Bar Foundation Board. MARK MANSFIELD is a partner in the Covington office of Tranchina & Mansfield, LLC. Mr. Mansfield focuses his practice on family law, and has previously lectured at CLE seminars for National Business Institute and Loyola University New Orleans School of Law on family law issues. He is a member of the Greater Covington Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association. As of January 1, 2011, Mr. Mansfield will be certified as a Board Certified Family Law Specialist in the State of Louisiana. Mr. Mansfield earned his B.A. degree from Franciscan University and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. KIM M. O'DOWD is a partner with the New Orleans law firm of O'Dowd & O'Dowd, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, personal injury and estate planning. She is a board-certified family law specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. O'Dowd has served as an instructor of business law at Delgado College and has lectured for the New Orleans Bar Association on domestic law. She is a member of the New Orleans, Louisiana State (Family Law Section) and American (Family Law Section) bar associations. Ms. O'Dowd earned both her B.S. and J.D. degrees from Louisiana State University and A & M College. MARC D. WINSBERG is a member the law firm of Winsberg & Associates, LLC, in New Orleans. His practice areas include commercial litigation and domestic relations. Mr. Winsberg is admitted to practice in Louisiana and California, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit; the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Eastern and Western districts of Louisiana; and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he was Order of the Coif and notes and comments editor for the Tulane Law Review. Mr. Winsberg is a board-certified family law specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He is a previous lecturer in his areas of expertise. Mr. Winsberg is a member of the Louisiana and American bar associations, the State Bar of California and is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
