September 14 - New Orleans CAROLE CUKELL NEFF is a partner in the New Orleans law firm of Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel, L.L.C., where she is head of the estate planning and estate administration department. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Estate Administration by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Neff is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, being elected the first woman and youngest person in the state of Louisiana. Ms. Neff was named one of New Orleans' Top 50 Lawyers by New Orleans City Business in 2007 and was named in Louisiana Super Lawyers 2007 and 2008 as one of the Top Five Women Lawyers in Louisiana. She is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, in numerous editions of Who's Who, and as one of the "Top Lawyers in New Orleans" by the New Orleans Magazine.
