W. CHRISTOPHER BEARY is a managing member of the New Orleans law firm of Orrill, Cordell & Beary, L.L.C. Mr. Beary focuses his practice in general business advice as well as the handling of litigation and transactions. He has been involved in complex commercial bankruptcy cases, class action litigation, multi-district litigation, shareholder disputes, labor issues, tax litigation, and multi-million dollar commercial transactions and arbitrations. Mr. Beary earned his B.S. degree from the University of New Orleans and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant, Inactive Status in Louisiana since 1990. J. GREGG COLLINS is director and CFO of ADR inc., in Metairie, Louisiana. Mr. Collins has mediated more than 1,000 cases since May 1992. He has experience mediating matters that range from two-party automobile accident cases to complex, multi-party, personal injury, product liability and toxic tort cases. Mr. Collins has had extensive training in mediation through USA&M and the University of Texas School of Law, in association with the Tulane University School of Law. He has participated in the training of mediators and has acted as an arbitrator. Mr. Collins has taught mediation and negotiation at Loyola Law School, and served as a mediator and judge in the ABA's 2003 Representation in Mediation Competition at Tulane University Law School. He has been a speaker at CLE seminars involving mediation. Mr. Collins is currently teaching a course on franchising at Tulane University College. He earned his B.S. degree from Adelphi University and his J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School, where he was on the editorial staff of the Maritime Lawyer. Mr. Collins is admitted to practice before the federal and state courts in Louisiana. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ADR Section), Louisiana State Bar Association and New Orleans Bar Association. He is qualified to act as a mediator in the CDC Pilot Mediation Program. ROBERT H. HARRISON JR. is principal of the Harrison Law Firm in Watson, Louisiana. His areas of practice include all areas of real estate, successions, estate planning, general litigation, commercial law, personal injury and small class action litigation. Mr. Harrison was a law clerk for the Hon. J. Michael McDonald of the 19th Judicial District Court. He is a former partner in the firm of Stanley & Harrison in Baton Rouge. In 1992, Mr. Harrison founded the Harrison Law Firm. Mr. Harrison's clients have ranged from indigents and abused children to Fortune 500 corporations. He has spoken previously on topics related to his areas of expertise. Mr. Harrison is a member of the Louisiana State, Livingston Parish (past president) and 21st Judicial bar associations. He earned his Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU, where he was selected for the Louisiana Law Review. JOHN W. REDMANN is a sole practitioner in New Orleans, where his practice is focused on representing individuals who are injured, and businesses that are damaged financially, through the fault of others. Mr. Redmann is a member of the "Bench and Bar" section of the Louisiana State Bar Association (Treasurer, 2001-2011; Treasurer/Secretary 2011-2012) and has been awarded the Marquis' Who's Who in American Law. Mr. Redmann is a member of the Meridian Group, LLC (past vice-president, consultant, and general counsel). He also is a member of the Celtic Club of New Orleans (est. 1932): first vice-president (present); president (1998-1999), the Young Leadership Counsel - New Orleans, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (diplomat, 1991), the AAJ Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, New Orleans Academy of Trial Lawyers (faculty, Tulane University School of Continuing Studies) (2009). Mr. Redmann also is a member of the A.P. Tureaud Inn of Court, American Association for Justice and the Louisiana Association for Justice. He is a frequent lecturer at CLE seminars, and has spoken for National Business Institute, Louisiana Association for Justice, the LSBA, and other professional organizations. Mr. Redmann is privileged to be First Vice President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana (1999-2001, 2001-2003), as well as the "HCCL's" General Counsel since its inception in 1998 (when the two local pre-existing Hispanic Chambers formally merged into the HCCL). He is a fellow with the Louisiana Bar Foundation and a charter member of the A. P. Tureaud Inns of Court, New Orleans (2005). GORDON P. SEROU JR. is principal of the Law Offices of Gordon P. Serou, Jr., L.L.C. where his main areas of practice are insurance defense, collection law and general litigation. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Serou is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, New Orleans Bar Association and the Maritime Law Association of the United States. He wrote "Lender Liability, the Bank Anti-Tying Act," Louisiana Banker (December 1989). Mr. Serou earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Orleans and his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law.
