MAGDALEN B. BICKFORD is a partner in the law firm of Jackson Lewis LLP, where she is engaged in representing management and employers in labor and employment litigation. In addition to litigation, Ms. Bickford provides consultation to employers regarding best practices in the workplace, policy and procedure implementation, and management training and education, and general counsel. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University and her J.D. degree from Loyola University School of Law. Ms. Bickford is the past co-vice chair of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Association of Directory Publishers which pioneered the passage of Section 222e of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and The Third Report and Order issued by the Federal Communications Commission interpreting that statute. HESTER III is a member of the New Orleans office of The Kullman Firm. Since joining the firm in 1975, Mr. Hester has engaged in the full range of labor and employment law practice before the NLRB, EEOC, U.S. Department of Labor, the Federal Wage and Hour Division, OFCCP and in litigation before federal and state courts.
