WILLIAM J. DUTEL is a partner in the law firm of Dutel & Tomeny, where he maintains offices in both Covington and Metairie. Mr. Dutel focuses his practice on estate planning, trusts and successions, as well as succession and trust litigation. He has more than 25 years of experience in handling successions and trusts and also has a great deal of experience with trust litigation. Mr. Dutel has previously lectured to various groups on his areas of practice, including speaking at the annual meeting of the American Bar Association on new forms of lending. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of New Orleans and his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law. Mr. Dutel is a member of the Covington, Louisiana State and American bar associations. PHILIPPE J. LANGLOIS is an attorney in the law firm of Milling Benson Woodward L.L.P. With experience in bank broker dealers and investments, his practice areas include corporate banking and litigation. Mr. Langlois earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Orleans and his J.D. degree from Loyola University School of Law. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Louisiana Supreme Court and the Louisiana state courts. Mr. Langlois also is fluent in French. SHEILA L. MORAGAS is a partner in the New Orleans law firm of Milling Benson Woodward L.L.P., where she advises clients in all types of federal, state and local tax matters, including gift and estate planning, exempt organizations, business taxation, successions and elder care law. Ms. Moragas is a member of the Louisiana State (Elder Law Task Force and Taxation Section), American (Taxation Section), 5th Federal Circuit and New Orleans bar associations, and is a board certified estate planning and administration specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. She also is a member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. Ms. Moragas earned her B.S. degree from the University of New Orleans, her J.D. degree from Louisiana State University and her LL.M. degree from the University of Florida.
