LAWRENCE R. ANDERSON JR. is a partner in the Baton Rouge law firm of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette, LLP and primarily handles matters involving bankruptcy, title insurance litigation, property tax litigation, landlord-tenant, construction, foreclosure, collection, lender liability and commercial law. Mr. Anderson earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University School of Law, where he was a member and associate editor of the Louisiana Law Review. He is a frequent lecturer and has co-written several seminar manuals on foreclosure and repossession; creditors' rights; and protection of security interests in bankruptcy, collection practices, landlord-tenant law, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Baton Rouge and Louisiana State bar associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bar Association of the Federal 5th Circuit. TOM S. EASTERLY is an attorney in the law firm of Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips, L.L.P. in Baton Rouge. His practice is well-rounded with an emphasis on commercial disputes. His work involves construction, real estate, redhibition, insurance, toxic tort, workers' compensation, breach of contract, and bankruptcy cases, all of which frequently have overlapping subject matter concerns. Mr. Easterly is engaged primarily in a litigation practice and regularly advises clients both as defense counsel and plaintiff's counsel. JUSTIN W. STEPHENS is an attorney with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. His practice focuses on the areas of secured and unsecured creditor representation, collections, construction/lien litigation, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. Mr. Stephens also has experience related to representing various political subdivisions of the State of Louisiana, public records request, insurance claims and appellate experience related to mass tort. Mr. Stephens has litigated in both federal and state court. In addition, he has handled appellate matters at all levels in state court. Mr. Stephens has presented numerous seminars concerning collection activities and lien law in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas for both private clients and the National Association for Credit Managers (Houston Division). His earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Loyola University School of Law.
ARTHUR A. VINGIELLO is a member of the Baton Rouge law firm of Steffes, Vingiello & McKenzie, LLC, where he practices primarily in the area of commercial bankruptcy law. He is a board certified business bankruptcy law specialist recognized by the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Board of Certification. Mr. Vingiello has frequently lectured in the area of business bankruptcy law and collections. He earned his B.A. degree from Millsaps College and his J.D. degree from Paul M.
