BARRY H. GRODSKY is a partner in the law firm of Taggart Morton, L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of creditors' rights, banking law, bankruptcy, lender liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Grodsky handles workouts, collections and foreclosures for local, regional and national banks. He is a frequent lecturer on various topics concerning banking, creditors' rights and foreclosure law and also teaches undergraduate courses at Tulane University and the University of New Orleans. Mr. Grodsky earned his B.B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas and his J.D. degree from Tulane University of Louisiana. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association (Committee on Bankruptcy Law, Debtors' Rights and Creditor's Remedies, former chairman). KATIE L. DYSART is an attorney in the New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where she is a member of the Advocacy Department. Ms. Dysart has extensive experience in insurance coverage and insurance defense. She has represented and handled all aspects of lawsuits for insurers and served as local counsel for out-of-state firms in relation to Hurricane Katrina and Rita claims, as well as other first-party property matters.Ms. Dysart's experience also includes counseling and advising foreign and domestic insurers on first-party and third-party coverage issues relating to various claims, including assured status, claims handling, legacy lawsuits, health-hazard claims, pollution claims, and other environmental matters under the laws of multiple states. She received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University, and her J.D. degree, with Law Review Honors, from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. She is a member of the Louisiana State and American bar associations. TOM D. SNYDER JR. is an attorney in the main office of the Conroy Law Firm, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, business torts, including unfair trade practices, interference with business and contractual relations, franchise disputes, product liability securities, antitrust, intellectual property, first amendment, defamation and invasion of privacy claims. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Orleans and J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Loyola University of New Orleans School of Law. Mr. Snyder is a member of the New Orleans, Greater Covington, Louisiana State, Federal, and American Bar Associations. FRANCIS R. WHITE III is a sole practitioner in Covington where he engages in a general civil practice, including collection and construction law. Mr. White has lectured on collection and Louisiana lien law before various trade, business and professional groups. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University. He was the recipient of the 2007 National Book Award for poetry for his collection Summer. Mr. White is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
