DALE R. BARINGER is a member of The Baringer Law Firm, LLC, and has 27 years of experience. His areas of emphasis are in the fields of tax law (planning, business transactions, dispute resolution and tax litigation), securities law, bankruptcy law, corporate law, business organizations, commercial and business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and life, accident and health insurance law. He earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University, his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University. Mr. Baringer is a member of the Louisiana State (member, Taxation Section, Corporate Law Section), American (member, Taxation Section, Business Law Section), Baton Rouge and Federal bar associations, and the Bar Association of the 5th Federal Circuit Court. ASHLEY L. BELLEAU is a partner with the law firm of Montgomery, Barnett, L.L.P., where her main practice areas include commercial litigation, business law, transactions, mediation and arbitration. She works with business owners and entrepreneurs assisting them with every aspect of the business from inception through growth and development to, when necessary, dissolution. Ms. Belleau assists her clients in obtaining financing, provides on-going business advice, represents clients during litigation, and counsels them through the dissolution of the business. She also consults with individuals on how to protect their personal assets through estate and trust vehicles. Ms. Belleau frequently lectures on topics related to business entities, ethics and professionalism. Ms. Belleau earned her B. A. degree, cum laude, from Newcomb College and her J.D. degree from Tulane University. Ms. Belleau was installed in 2010 as the 83rd national president of the Federal Bar Association. She also is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates, is past chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, and a fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation. LEON H. RITTENBERG III is a member of law firm of Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer LLC, where his areas of practice include trust and estate planning, business law, mergers and acquisitions, probate administration, vessel financing, business formation, taxation, IRS examinations and controversies, vessel acquisition/disposition, business governance, agreements among owners, local and state sales and use tax, and federal and state income tax.
