CALVIN D. CRANFILL is a certified public accountant in Lexington, where his practice emphasis is on litigation support, forensic and investigative accounting, and auditing. In connection with his practice, Mr. Cranfill has given testimony and presented computations for the court involving tax matters for marital and arbitration dissolutions, as well as numerous commercial litigation matters involving adequacy of disclosure in financial statements and presentations of accounting data. He has lectured to various professional groups on tax issues. Mr. Cranfill is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. SHEILA M. DONOVAN is an attorney in the Lexington office of the law firm of Clark Law Office, Inc., where her areas of practice include family law and estate administration, probate/probate litigation and mediation of those cases. She has lectured previously for National Business Institute on topics of divorce and trial preparation of divorce cases. Ms. Donovan is a certified mediator. She also has completed collaborative law training. Ms. Donovan earned her A.B. degree from Smith College, her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky and attended the Family Law Advocacy Institute. She is a member of the Fayette County, the Kentucky and the American bar associations. Ms. Donovan is the chair of the KBA Family Law Section and the past co-chair of the FCBA Family Law Section. JENNIFER McVAY MARTIN is the principal of the Law Offices of Jennifer McVay Martin, P.S.C., where she practices in the areas of family law, real estate, estate planning and general civil litigation. Ms. Martin is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association (KATA), the Domestic Relations Law Practice Section (past-chair), the Kentucky and the Fayette County bar associations (past chair, Domestic Relations Section), the Central Kentucky Lawyer Referral Program (FCBA, past chair) and the Lexington Board of Realtors (realtor member and licensed real estate broker). Ms. Martin earned her Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Kentucky and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
