HON. CRAIG Z. CLYMER was elected McCracken District Court Judge in 1994 where he served until elected McCracken Circuit Court Judge in 2000. He served from 1988 to 1993 as a judicial attorney under U.S. Magistrate Judge W. David King in the Western District of Kentucky, Paducah. He earned his juris doctorate degree at Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a bachelor of science degree in law enforcement from Eastern Kentucky University. HON. TIM KALTENBACH was appointed as the Judge of Division I of the McCracken Circuit Court in August 2009. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Kaltenbach was McCracken Commonwealth's Attorney from 1995 to 2009. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1977 and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1980. HON. TIMOTHY A. LANGFORD is a Kentucky Circuit Court Chief Judge serving the 1st Circuit in the counties of Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton and Hickman. HON. ROB MATTINGLY was elected as the Family Court Judge in 2006 for the 42nd Judicial Circuit for Marshall and Calloway counties. Prior to taking office, he served as the master commissioner in Marshall County, and he has served as the domestic relations commissioner in both Marshall and Calloway counties since July of 1997. Judge Mattingly practiced law in Benton, Kentucky, from August 1988 until taking the bench in 2007. He received his B.A. degree in 1985 from Kentucky Wesleyan College and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1988. HON. CYNTHIA E. SANDERSON is a Kentucky Circuit Court Chief Judge serving the 2nd Circuit in McCracken County. Judge Sanderson also is a Family Court judge for McCracken County. HON. C. RENE' WILLIAMS is a Kentucky Circuit Court Chief Regional Circuit Judge serving the 5th Circuit in the counties of Crittenden, Webster and Union. HON. C.A. WOODALL III has served since January 1, 2007, as Circuit Judge of the 56th Judicial Circuit consisting of Caldwell, Livingston, Lyon and Trigg counties. He has practiced law in Kentucky since 1974, having graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School that year. His B.B.A. degree also is from the University of Kentucky. Judge Woodall had served as an arbitrator and mediator since 1988. He had been a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee from 1989 to 1995 and a member of the KBA's ADR Section. Judge Woodall served a six-year term as a member of the KBA Board of Governors from the 1st Supreme Court District. Before becoming circuit judge, he had been a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Kentucky Council of School Board Attorneys (past president), the Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc. (past board member), the Defense Research Institute, the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Mediation Association of Kentucky and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. MODERATOR - C. THOMAS MILLER is a member of the Paducah Law firm of Whitlow, Roberts, Houston & Straub, PLLC., where his practice is focused in construction law, employment and business litigation. He is a graduate of Murray State University and Vanderbilt University Law School. From 1992-1994, he served as law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Edward H. Johnstone. From 2003-2008, Mr. Miller served as a member of the Evidence Rules Review Commission for the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He is admitted to practice and has appeared before Kentucky state and federal courts, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
