GARY T. BANET is an attorney with Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, where his main areas of practice are planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. He is the author of "Changing Tax Laws Offer Rare Opportunities for Estate Plans," Business First of Louisville, December 12, 2008, and co-author of "Attesting, Contesting and Protesting: Will Contests in Kentucky and Indiana," Louisville Bar Briefs, October 2008. Brandeis School of Law. C. SHAWN FOX is an attorney with the Louisville law firm of Seiller Waterman LLC. He represents individuals and family owned businesses, assisting them in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate and business law, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Fox frequently lectures to community and professional groups on estate administration and litigation, guardianships and estate planning. He is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations and the Louisville Estate Planning Council. Mr. Fox earned his B.A. degree from Bellarmine College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. DANIEL M. OYLER is a partner in the law firm of Parrent & Oyler in Louisville, Kentucky. He was admitted to practice in Kentucky in 1991 and currently practices in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Oyler is a graduate of the University of Louisville, School of Business and the University of Louisville, School of Law. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and trust litigation and administration, general civil litigation and estate planning. Mr. Oyler has served as counsel for the Jefferson County Public Administrator and Guardian since being admitted to practice law. His practice involves administration of and litigation concerning problematic estates, guardianships and trusts. Mr. Oyler is a regular speaker at CLE seminars regarding various estate administration, guardianship and estate litigation topics. He is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Louisville Bar Association. ROBERT J. PACKARD is an attorney with the Louisville law firm Seiller Waterman LLC, where he concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration, corporate transactions, and tax planning and controversy. Mr. Packard frequently drafts all types of wills and trusts, and he enjoys assisting clients create a plan that efficiently and accurately distributes their estate in the manner they choose. Mr. Packard earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville, where he served on the editorial board of the University of Louisville Law Review.
