CORY M. ERDMANN is the founder of Erdmann & Stumbo, PLLC. Mr. Erdmann's practice areas include personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from medical negligence and automobile collisions, employment discrimination, social security disability, family law and general civil litigation. Mr. Erdmann manages an office that has three staff members and a paralegal. He was a former intern for the Honorable Jean Chenault Logue. Mr. Erdmann earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He has written and spoken for the Kentucky Justice Association and National Business Institute. Mr. Erdmann is a member of the American, Kentucky (member, Executive Committee), Madison County (treasurer), and Fayette County (former treasurer, president, Young Lawyers Section, Board of Directors 2005 - 2007) bar associations, the Kentucky Justice Association (member, Board of Governors), The American Association for Justice, and he is a fellow of The American Bar Foundation. WILLIAM J. GEORGE is an attorney with the law offices of Stephen M. O'Brien, III, PLLC, where his main areas of practice include medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and personal injury. Mr. George previously lectured on his areas of expertise. Mr. George received his B.A. degree from Purdue University and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. He is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky bar associations and the Kentucky Justice Association. TYLER G. SMITH is an associate with Landrum & Shouse LLP, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense, employment law, bad faith litigation and collections. He is licensed to practice before both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Mr. Smith is a substitute adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law where he teaches litigation skills to third-year students. He received his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. Mr. Smith is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky bar associations.
