SHEILA M. DONOVAN is an attorney in the Lexington office of the law firm of Clark Law Office, Inc., where her areas of practice include family law and estate administration, probate/probate litigation and mediation of those cases. She has lectured previously for National Business Institute on topics of divorce and trial preparation of divorce cases. Ms. Donovan is a certified mediator. She also has completed collaborative law training. Ms. Donovan earned her A.B. degree from Smith College, her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky and attended the Family Law Advocacy Institute. She is a member of the Fayette County, Kentucky and American bar associations. Ms. Donovan is the chair of the KBA Family Law Section and the past co-chair of the FCBA Family Law Section. ELIZABETH A. HILL is a sole practitioner in Lexington, where she focuses her practice on family and domestic law. Ms. Hill has spoken at CLE seminars for the Family Law Section of the Fayette County Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Marshall University and her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky. Ms. Hill is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association (chair elect, Family Law Section). LISA D MORGAN is an attorney with the law firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC. Her practice has been almost exclusively focused on domestic relations law, including complex divorce, custody, and adoption law. Ms. Morgan has been an active part of the Fayette County Family Court section of the bar, serving as a mentor in adoption law to the pro bono program, drafting uniform pro bono forms, and recently leading the committee for revising local rules. She is a member of the Fayette County, Kentucky and American bar associations. Ms. Morgan is admitted to practice before the Fayette Circuit and Districts Court, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Murray State University, and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law. LISA J. OELTGEN is an attorney practicing primarily family and probate law. She is the managing partner with a small law office in Lexington, Kentucky, and she also maintains a thriving practice in several surrounding counties and throughout the Commonwealth. Ms. Oeltgen's practice includes dissolution actions, adoptions, custody, child support, grandparent rights, family mediation, wills, trusts, and appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Fayette County and Madison County bar associations. In addition, Ms. Oeltgen has an extensive background in property law and worked in this field until making the complete transition to family law in 2004, where she has found that her expertise in property analysis serves to complement her work as a family law attorney. She earned her B. A. degrees from the University of Kentucky, and her J. D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky.
