ALAN O. BRYANT is a vice president and area manager for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Mr. Bryant graduated from Centre College of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky Law School. He is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville bar associations, the Louisville chapter of CREL, and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. Bryant has been a speaker at numerous seminars and the author of many articles on real estate and title insurance law. DENNIS R. CARRITHERS is a sole practitioner in Louisville, where he practices in the areas of family law/domestic relations, bankruptcy, real estate, wills, estates, probate and commercial law. He has spoken for National Business Institute on real estate matters. Mr. Carrithers is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville. DENNIS J. CONNIFF is a member of the law firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC, where he practices in the area of environmental law. Mr. Conniff served nine years with the Department of Law, Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet, serving as director of the Environmental Protection Legal Division. In addition to dealing with environmental liabilities, environmental audits and transactional issues relating to real estate, he counsels on and litigates issues concerning compliance and permitting in the waste, water and air programs. Mr. Conniff is a member of the Louisville Bar Association (member, Environmental Law Committee) and the Kentucky Bar Association (Natural Resources Section. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, and J.D. degree from the University of Louisville, and his M.P.A. degree from Kentucky State University. HENRY K. JARRETT III is a partner with Jarrett & Associates. His main areas of practice are bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights, corporate law and commercial trial practice. Mr. Jarrett has participated in several presentations on debtor/creditor rights and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations. Mr. Jarrett earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from Mercer University. GEOFFREY M. WHITE is an attorney with Frost Brown Todd LLC. Mr. White's practice is focused on representing lenders, owners, investors, developers and managers in the workout, servicing, financing, purchase, sale, development, and management of commercial real estate properties. He also advises clients on green/sustainability issues arising in relation to real estate and construction matters. Mr. White graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and magna cum laude from Mary Washington College, where he double majored in history and political science. He is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American bar associations. Mr. White also has been accredited a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate by the U.S. Green Building Counsel (USGBC) and is a fellow the Institute of Green Professionals.
