WILLIAM B. ORBERSON is a partner in the Louisville law firm of Phillips Parker Orberson & Moore P.L.C., where he practices primarily in insurance defense litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Bellarmine College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville College of Law. Mr. Orberson is a former member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Louisville College of Law. He is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville (member, Executive Committee of the Litigation Section) bar associations, the American Judicature Society, the Defense Research Institute and the Kentucky Defense Council Association. LEE E. SITLINGER is the managing partner of Sitlinger, McGlincy, Theiler & Karem where his main practice areas include products liability, medical negligence, insurance law, automobile accidents, contract disputes, tort cases and aviation. He has lectured to legal professionals for the KBA, LBA, KATA and Kentucky Claims Association on various issues, including insurance coverage. Mr. Sitlinger also has lectured on trial practice at the University of Louisville, School of Law. He is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American bar associations and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Sitlinger earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville. JOSEPH C. SOUZA is the senior litigation attorney in the law firm of Ackerson & Yann PLLC. Mr. Souza's areas of trial practice include automobile and truck litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation and class actions. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, and the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations. Mr. Souza is a past member of the Kentucky Bar Association House of Delegates, former division chief with the Louisville Bar Association Ethics Committee and a current member of the University of Louisville Law Alumni Council. He has been trial counsel in 88 jury trials and approximately 400-500 non-jury trials. Mr. Souza has tried cases to verdict in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Seattle, Washington. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville. He has been an active member of the trial bar since 1974, and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. BEN T. WHITE II is an attorney with the law firm of Phillips Parker Orberson & Moore P.L.C., where he practices in the areas of insurance litigation, general insurance defense litigation, and product liability defense, including toxic and mass torts. Mr. White earned his B.S. degree from the University of Louisville and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations.
