JONATHAN BAKER is an attorney in the Louisville Metro Government County Attorney's Office, where he has represented and advised the Louisville Metro Council, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Adjustment and various other agencies on zoning and land use issues since 2003. Mr. Baker earned his B.A. degree from James Madison University and his J.D/M.B.A. joint degree from the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. F. KEITH BROWN is an attorney in the Shepherdsville law firm of Pike Legal Group, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of zoning, planning, land use, real estate, environmental law, administrative law, business and corporate law, land development and wireless telecommunications. He is a past speaker on real estate related issues for various professional associations. Mr. Brown earned his B.S. degree from Murray State University, his M.B.A. degree from Indiana University at Bloomington and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia and Indiana. JAMES T. LOBB is an attorney with Weber & Rose, PSC. He has been practicing real estate law for more than 29 years, primarily in the areas of real estate development, lending, closings, subdivision and condominium development, and real estate tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Lobb graduated, with high distinction, from the Honors Program at the University of Kentucky and earned his law degree from the University of Georgia. He is a frequent lecturer at business and legal seminars, dealing extensively with boundary issues, surveys, easements, and adverse possession law, as well as title search, title insurance, real estate tax deferred exchanges, and other real estate topics. Mr. Lobb is the author of the Business Organization Chapters of Kentucky Methods of Practice (1991-1998) and the University of Kentucky's Boundary Law In Kentucky (2003,) training materials for Kentucky lawyers. He speaks frequently at legal seminars. Kentucky Monthly named him as a Kentucky Super Lawyer in the practice of real estate law in 2007-2011, Louisville Magazine named him as a Top Lawyer in 2008-2011, and Chambers USA listed him in 2007-2011 as one of their notable Kentucky real estate practitioners. Mr. Lobb has been selected for inclusion in the 2010-2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of real estate law in Kentucky. HENRY WATSON III is a sole practitioner in Paris, Kentucky, where he practices in the areas of local government, general litigation, and land use and development. Mr. Watson was an adjunct professor at Eastern Kentucky University. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Watson is a member of the American and Kentucky bar associations.
