DENNIS R. CARRITHERS is a sole practitioner in Louisville, where he practices in the areas of family law/domestic relations, bankruptcy, real estate, wills, estates, probate and commercial law. Ms. DelCotto wrote "Jurisdictional Uncertainties Under the 1984 Bankruptcy Amendments," which appeared in the Kentucky Law Journal. She is a member of the Fayette County, Kentucky and American bar associations, the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. DelCotto earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of the South and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Kentucky College of Law. PETER M. GANNOTT is a shareholder at Alber Crafton, PSC, in Louisville, Kentucky, where his practice focuses on the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial collections, and complex commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Gannott has acted as lead counsel for numerous jury trials, bench trials, and appeals. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Maryland and West Virginia, and is admitted before ten district courts, three circuit courts, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gannott speaks in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and construction litigation, and serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Louisville. He graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois and earned his law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C. RICHARD A. GREENBERG is a member of the Louisville law office of Smith, Greenberg & Leightty, PLLC, where his areas of practice include environmental law and business/corporate law. Mr. Greenberg has written various environmental law articles and he has presented numerous seminars related to environmental law. He was an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville. Mr. Greenberg received his B.S.M. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville. He is a member of the Kentucky (past chair, Kentucky Natural Resource Section) and the Louisville (past chair, Louisville Environmental Law Section) bar associations.
